About El Bigote

El Bigote Mexican Kitchen (located @ The Hut) has been proudly owned and operated by the three amigos since 2018. After many years working across Bonaire’s hospitality scene, we felt it was time to strip things back and return to what truly matters: good food, good drinks, and genuine hospitality.

We are two cooks and one waiter, combining our experience and shared passion for honest comfort food and handcrafted cocktails. No shortcuts, no compromises. We work with the freshest ingredients available and prepare everything in-house. From our signature margaritas and freshly muddled cocktails to our house-made salsas and hand-pressed tortillas, at El Bigote, everything is made from scratch.

Our menu celebrates bold Mexican flavors with a focus on simplicity and quality. Expect dishes that are vibrant, satisfying, and rooted in tradition, served without unnecessary fuss.
