About El Bigote

El Bigote Mexican Kitchen (located @ The Hut) has been owned and operated by the 3 amigos since 2018. After extensive careers in Bonaire´s hospitality industry we decided to go back to basics.

We are 2 cooks and 1 waiter who share a passion for serving honest comfort food and cocktails using the freshest ingredients. From our signature margaritas to our salsas and tortillas, at El Bigote all are made from scratch.
