Our fresh ingredients

We only use the best and freshest ingredients to prepare each and every menu item from scratch. Whenever possible, we work with locally sourced fish, vegetables, and herbs, bringing the authentic flavors of the island straight to your plate. Our Mexican vegetable specialties are carefully imported to ensure that every dish stays true to its roots.

Besides our fixed menu, we also have specials that change. One of these specials is the lionfish, freshly catched by our neighbor from FPA Sports. By serving this unique fish, we not only offer something special, but also contribute to maintaining the balance of the local marine ecosystem.

The result? Honest, flavorful dishes where freshness, quality, and authenticity come together in every bite.

We’re proud to be the one of the only places on the island where you can enjoy the real Mexican Cerveza Modelo, served exactly how it should be: ice cold. Prefer something else? No problem. We also serve refreshing favorites like Polar and Amstel Bright. Whatever you choose, one thing is guaranteed: every beer is served ice and ice cold, just what you need to cool down and relax.
